1. Acceptance of Terms

The information published on this Site — including blog posts, videos, FAQs, and product descriptions — is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for individualized consultation with a licensed healthcare provider who knows your full medical history. Reading content on this Site does not create a patient-physician relationship with Dr. Ford Brewer or PrevMed Health.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including by introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape or otherwise systematically extract content from the Site without our written permission.
• Use the Site to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who, in our reasonable judgment, has violated these Terms.

All content on the Site — including text, images, video, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of PrevMed Health or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PrevMed Health name and logo are trademarks of PrevMed Health.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, public display, or use in a commercial product — requires our prior written permission.

5. Purchases and Products

Products available through the Site are sold via our Shopify-powered storefront. Orders, payment processing, fulfillment, returns, and product warranties are subject to Shopify's terms and the product-specific terms displayed at checkout. We do not provide medical claims for any supplement or product; products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

6. Third-Party Links and Content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by PrevMed Health (including YouTube, social media platforms, affiliated landing pages, and partner storefronts). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrevMed Health, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PrevMed Health and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PrevMed Health maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
