- One 30-minute Initial Evaluation session with lab recommendations
- One Comprehensive visit to review lab results and treatment plan
- 6 – 30-minute sessions (1x per month) – review of treatment plan/health coaching
- Includes everything in the 90-Day Metabolic Reset Program (except bi-weekly webinars), but with 6 health coaching sessions (1x per month) instead of 5.
