- 60-minute consultation with Dr. Brewer.
- Includes Prescriptions
- One follow-up visit with Dr. Brewer after 3 months.
- Does NOT include: costs and coordination of labs and diagnostic testing.
- (For Medical Evaluation Only: $1,375)
- **Cancellation request will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.**
- **Consist of all the panels included in the Standard Care Package but with additional vitamin deficiency panels and more inflammatory markers
Concierge Package
- Includes:
- Lab order (Advanced )*
- Diagnostic testing order (which can be scheduled for you if needed)
- Medical consult with Dr. Brewer
- Lifestyle and Wellness Assessment with Dr. Derrickson.
- One follow-up visit with Dr. Brewer after 3 months.
- Includes prescriptions.
- Includes access to our monthly “Members Only” webinars during your active enrollment period
